MetaLeet Push (“we,” “us”) provides SMS coupon and barcode tools to car washes. This policy explains what information we collect from customers who sign up to receive texts, and how we use and protect it.
Information we collect
- Mobile phone number (required) — to send you your coupon and program messages.
- Email address (optional) — only if you choose to provide it.
- Name (optional) and the location where you signed up.
- Message and delivery data — e.g. whether a text was delivered and whether a coupon was redeemed.
How we use your information
- To send you the free-wash barcode and recurring coupon offers you opted in to.
- To manage your subscription, including opt-out (STOP) and help (HELP) requests.
- To operate, secure, and improve the service.
SMS / text messaging
By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our signup form, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages (e.g. coupons) from the participating car wash. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help.
Mobile information sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Service providers
We use trusted vendors strictly to operate the service — for example, Twilio (to deliver text messages) and Supabase (to store data). They may process your information only as needed to provide these functions and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as you remain subscribed and as needed to operate the program or meet legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time.
Your choices and rights
- Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts.
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information.
Children
This service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
